SinoVideo released a range of DVB-T TV Tuner Cards in 2005, and completed RoHS certification on 10th February, 2006. SinoVideo DVB-T Series TV Tuner Cards includes SV Smart Tv Card, SV 3400 DVB-T, SV 3500 USB TV Box. All of them can receive DVB-T TV free-to-air with special DVB-T antenna, and receive Analog TV with Cable.

After one month composition testing by authoritative testing organization PONY, SinoVideo received the Lead testing report on 10th February, 2006. The results of composition analysis accord with MCVs (the RoHs directive define the maximum concentration values), all the electronic parts of Sinovideo DVB-T series TV Tuners are lead-free.
