As for the special fund ,the Committee of Development and Innovation can offer over RMB100,000,000,and the Olympic Cities,sush as Beijing 、Qingdao,each of these six cities can apply for RMB10,000,000. In addition,the company can apply for fund above RMB50,000,000,the main technological products of which is containing the Digital Terrestrial TV,the key templet ,integrated circuit,special software, device instrument and the Satellite broadcast Digital TV .

The Committee cliams that the fund is set to choose five superial cities from Beijing some excellent cities and the cities that the Olympic Games will be held ,to support the Digital Terrestrial TV and make up the relative standard according to transmitting country about the Digital Terrestrial TV.

In Spring in 2006,video code AVS National Standard has brought into effect ,and 6 months later,Digital Terrestrial TV transmitting National Standard has made up. Mobile TV plays a great applied role in modifying some parts of the National Standard to adjust to the needs of the mobile TV.

The Information about the China Digital Terrestrial TV Industrial in Dec,2007.

There are 30 province transmitters done the Mobile TV Business,and 11 offering the rural TV business.

The multi-signal has been sent out in Helongjiang、Shanxi、Hubei 、Jiangxi 、 Jiangsu Sichuang、 Yunnan、 Guangxi 、Chongqin ,etc. And Zhejiang、 Hangzhou has tried to use Double National Standard System. ADTB-T Signal are used in Weihai,Shangdong、 Anyang,Henan、 Zhuzhou,Hunan.

The National Standard Singal Signal is used in Shanghai 、Fengyang,Anhui.

However ,theer is no information about this in Xinjiang、 Xizang、 Qinghai、Linxia、 Fujian,Zhejiang at present.

The Digital TV will be broadcasted in Hongkong next Monday and formlly broadcasted on 31st,Dec, when there will be 6 digital TV broadcasted in HK .HK will become the first place that uses DTMB in China.
