SV PCI-E 5100 is designed to enable the SAA7162, which is multi-stream PCI-Express device, for receiving two independent analog TV signals or two independent audio/video signals, process them, and encode them independently into two MPEG2 streams. The digitized A/V signals as well as the MPEG streams are provided to the host PC via PCI-Express.
